Established
during the year 2001, BP Human Resource Management has been dedicated in providing training
courses/programs for corporate employees. With its objective to guide
and help working adults to face the challenges in the ever changing
working environment; BP Human Resource Management has thus conducted a
vast variety of training programs to help foster the growth and progress
of these group of people in relation to their perspective job functions
and industries.
The
development of relevant academic programs with the combination of
outstanding teaching and working experience has equipped Executive
Synergy Sdn. Bhd. with the capability to offer a broad base of programs
with unique approaches to meet the needs of both industries and
individuals. Today, Executive Synergy Sdn. Bhd. has successfully
provided a huge range of effective re-training opportunities and
programs as well as public seminars/programs to working individuals in a
mission to enhance their personal skills and profession.
BP Human Resource Management has a panel of lecturers/trainers with the relevant
qualifications and years of experience in the related fields in order to
deliver and customize its training programs effectively and dynamically
to its customers. The courses conducted by BP Human Resource Management
are approved by the Malaysian Human Resource Council, which enables employers to claim their training expenses from the Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF).
Other
than that, BP Human Resource Management is also an education institute.
We are accredited by International Professional Bodies such as The
Institute of Business Administration and Management (IBAM), Institute of
Financial Accountants (IFA), The International Association of
Book-keepers (IAB), The Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and
Administrators (MAICSA), City & Guilds Pitman Qualification and
also UBS.
